Meet the Founder

Founded in 2022 by Jocelin Harmon, Iroboticspk corporation was born out of the deep commitment to inspire, uplift, and empower youth in underserved communities. With a Bachelors degree in psychology, a Masters in counseling and a minor in Criminal Justice, Jocelin brings a unique and well-rounded approach to youth development and mental wellness. Her professional journey includes serving several years as a Texas parole officer in both Tyler and Dallas, where she witnessed firsthand the challenges many young people face in breaking cycles of hardship. She also spent time as a substitute teacher, gaining insight into the educational barriers that impact student success. As a mother of two young boys, Jocelin’s passion for building brighter futures is both personal and professional. She is deeply driven by the belief that today’s youth are tomorrow’s leaders-and they deserve programs that reflect their potential. Looking ahead, Jocelin is the visionary behind a groundbreaking inpatient and outpatient youth substance abuse program set to launch in Dallas, Texas in 2027. This initiative aims to provide accessible culturally informed care for at-risk youth, further extending her mission of healing and holistic empowerment. In addition to youth development, Jocelin is also laying the foundation for a Texas Prison Reform System, a long-term initiative, rooted in both personal experience and professional advocacy. Having had loved ones incarcerated and lost behind bars in Texas. Her vision is to push for fair and humane justice practices that hold systems accountable and protect the dignity of every individual. For Jocelin, this is more than reform. It’s about ensuring that justice is truly just for all Americans.
